TextWave LLC UAE, Dubai + (“TextWave ”, “we”, “us” or “our”), is the responsible entity and has created the following Privacy Policy to describe how TextWave uses information it collects when people visit the website of TextWave, www.textback.ai, (“TextWave Site”) or the TextWave website, www.textback.ai, (“TextWave Site”), or sign up to use the services of TextWave (“Services”). TextWave may periodically make changes to this Privacy Policy that will be posted on these webpages. Information Collection Policy

When you use the TextWave Site or the TextWave Site, or sign up for the Services, TextWave may collect certain contact information from you, including, without limitation, first and last name, job title, organization name, city, state and zip code, email address, and phone number (collectively, “Contact Information”). When purchasing Services, you will be required to provide additional information that may include a credit card number or other banking or payment information (“Billing Information”).

TextWave uses and stores Service Information only for the purpose of conducting business with you. TextWave may also use your Contact Information to send you company updates and marketing offers and information as long as you have expressly consented to receiving these or in case we have received your Contact Information in the course of a purchase of our Products and Services and we limit such marketing communication to similar TextWave products and services. You may opt out of receiving marketing information from TextWave at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. You may not opt out from non-marketing communications, including service notifications and other operational updates. To note, the use of Service Information by TextWave is also governed by the agreement you enter into with TextWave in connection with the Services and General Terms & Conditions (the “Services Agreement”). Please refer to the Services Agreement for specific provisions concerning confidentiality and data protection. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Services Agreement, the Services Agreement shall prevail.

Also, for clarification, this Privacy Policy applies if you are a visitor of the TextWave Site, or the TextWave Site, or if you purchase the Services. TextWave Site or the TextWave Site may contain links to third party sites and messages/communications sent through our Services may also contain links to third party websites or services.

Please be advised this Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy, security, and general practices and policies of third party websites or businesses. TextWave recommends that you read the terms of use and privacy policies of any site, product or service that collects Personally Identifiable Data upon leaving TextWave Site or the TextWave Site. Does TextWave disclose Personally Identifiable Data to third parties?

TextWave does not share or disclose any of your Personally Identifiable Data except as described in this Section.

Agents, consultants and related third parties: TextWave uses third party vendors to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include data storage services, database maintenance services, and payment processing. When TextWave employs such third party vendors to perform services on its behalf, TextWave will only provide them with the Personally Identifiable Data that they need to perform their specific function. Each third party vendor is required to keep such Personally Identifiable Data confidential and not to use such Personally Identifiable Data for any purpose other than providing services to TextWave.

TextWave takes reasonable precautions such as policy-based access control to protect Data in our possession from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
